In the event that you cannot make it to your appointment or are running late please call the shop to notify us so that we are able to make arrangements. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW for an appointment will result in full service fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone more than 5 min late.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
